Delete your account & data

Applies to Baby Match, Baby Nest and Baby Journeys — one Baby Suite account · controller: B Suite · Privacy Policy

You can permanently delete your Baby Suite account and all associated data at any time. The fastest way is the in-app button below. If you no longer have the app installed, you can request deletion by email and we'll take care of it.

Option 1 — delete it yourself in the app (instant)

Open any Baby Suite app you're signed in to and use its delete control:

Baby Match — open My saved results → Delete my account & data.
Baby Nest — Profile / Settings → Danger zone → Delete my account & data.
Baby Journeys — Profile → Account → Delete my account.

It's one shared account, so deleting it from any app removes it everywhere. You'll be asked to confirm, and you may need to sign in again to finish removing the login.

Option 2 — request deletion by email

If you've uninstalled the apps or can't sign in, email us and we'll delete your account and data for you:

Send an email to support@babysuite.app with the subject "Delete my account", from the email address you used to sign up (so we can verify it's you).

We'll confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days (usually much sooner) and email you when it's done. There is no charge, and you never need an active subscription to delete your data.

What gets deleted

Your account and sign-in (email, display name, sign-in identifiers); your saved name-game results; and — if you are the last parent of a family — the entire family's data: baby profile(s), all logs (feeds, sleep, diapers, growth, health), checklists, wishlists, planned events, reminders, notes and caregiver records. If another parent remains, your personal access and account are removed and the family's data stays with them.	Anonymous, non-identifying usage statistics that are not linked to your account. Backups held by our infrastructure provider (Google Firebase) expire automatically on their standard schedule. Records we're legally required to keep, if any.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you'd like a copy of your data first, use "Download my data" in each app's settings before deleting.
